General Electric refrigerator, trigs off the GFI outlet. When re-set refrigerator, light will be on; as I set the temperature, it will shut off and the GFI outlet, will cancel the electric power.

Thank you Robert Rankin. That probably caused the problem, probably it over loaded and short circuited or messed up some thing else.

Best Solution
GFCI breakers are not supposed to have refrigerators or freezers plugged into them. They dray more amperage than the GFCI is designed for.
