Ok. I am trying to hook up an xbox 360 to an old admiral TV. The TV doesn't have the red, white, and yellow hookups on it. So I got a magnavox dvd player and since I am not that tech saavy, I don't know where all the plugs for the xbox go into the dvd player. If anyone can help me get all the wires from the xbox plugged into the dvd player, and then into the old TV I have that would be great.
Jesus, not even the red white and yellow hookups? Oh, man, sorry, but I would need the model of the DVD player...and how did you hook up the DVD player if it doesn't have the red white and yellow hookups? just curious. Also I would highly recommend getting a new TV outright. If your tv is that old, it doesn't have HD, and that essentially defeats the whole purpose of having a powerhouse like the xbox 360. If you want the dvd player hooked up, give me the model number, but if you want a new tv, give me a budget and I am positive I can direct you to something reasonable.
P.S. (being tech savvy isn't a requirement for the newer tvs. in my honest opinion, You have to be a WIZARD in order to get all the inputs to convert to the correct format so it can be displayed on the older tv, so hanging onto the old tv is actually more trouble than a new one. Just saying.)

that has to do with the actual video coding. try to clear the cache on your system then redo the update. this will only work 50% of the time after that you will have to send it off or get another. i had that exact problem and ended having to send mine off but they said to try it. it might work. (sorry for not thinking your problem through earlier.)
