It's been my experience that in most cases, it is very difficult to get the exact amount in that is on the tag. A 5 ft. hose can hold up to 3 oz. of liquid and on small systems, it will drive you nuts. Always go with what you know. Charge the unit to proper pressures and watch it for a while to see if it is doing what you want. The charge may have to be 'Tweeked" to get it right.
