Are you using a Lexmark factory new cartridge or a re-filled / third party cartridge. If the answer is that you are using re-filled or a third party cartridge that is your failure. Lexmark does not support the use of these products in there products. In fact, use of these type of products is considered to be -product tampering and will cause Lexmark to void the printer's warranty. Please do not shoot the messenger for the contents of the message.
