Not sure about that model but I had a problem with my fountain light adapter and I contacted the maker of my fountain (BOND MFG). They want $20 for an adapter and $10.50 for shipping. Here was the contact info I used: [email protected] or www.bondmfg.com Hope this helps.

Similar issue with my fountain (Visage 3 tiered with lights). Contacted BOND MFG ([email protected] or www.bondmfg.com). They will probably send you a replacement if it is still under the one year warranty. Mine was not and they say it would be $20 for the adapter and $10.50 for shipping. Hope this helps.

Ain't no fuse. I would first check the thermostat for continuity. If you don't have a meter simply bypass the thermostat for a few minutes to see if the fountains cools but DO NOT LEAVE IT LIKE THAT. Water fountains recover cold water quickly, if left like that the tank would freeze and bust so don't bypass the stat and go shopping. If that turns out to be fine then check the compressor relay. The relays do a lot of work if that fountain is anywhere near a school or an office. The condenser gets an awful lot of dust in it especially if the unit is outdoors. Down south where I live we do put some water fountains outside. Give it a good cleaning. Replace the open component and you should be good to go. A compressor failure or gas leak is RARE on water fountains. I suspect your compressor relay is shot:

just need a smaller pump hose for infeed and out feed and power supply to the pump the water is cycled from bottom to top .

Pull the water jug and open the top of the unit. Look for frozen water. May need repaired or adjusted to keep water from freezing.
