Grab hold of the frame at one of the top corners with an index finger and thumb - use your other index finger and thumb to hold the lens, apply presure and gently pull apart. The notch will release. To mount your new lens, insert one notch into the frame and press the other notch into place. Do not apply pressure to the stems or hinge.
