follow the link there are several manuals there for Echo chain saws
on page 4 it says the types of oil and petrol

The IPL for an Echo CS-3000 is here:
See page 8. There is no shop manual offered, you will need to interpret the pictures. Didn't look to difficult. GL

Toward the botom is the "Parts Catalog", choose the "Ignition, Starter Assembly" detail.
Item 4 connects between the coil and the on/off switch.

take side cover off and remove screws that hold the pump bulb in place and remove the gas lines make sure you put the right one back on each side.the one that sucks goes to carb. and other goes to gas tank.

Ignition module gap
Place a business or index card between the fly wheel and coil, rotate until the magnetic attraction pulls everything tight together. Tighten the coil screws, rotate the flywheel until the attraction abates and remove the card. Ensure nothing contacts when the flywheel is rotated.
