the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Removing faulty cd drive.
if you look right abovce the keyboard you will see a strip that needs to come off ok then you will see 3 screws and one of those screws holds the keyboard in that needs to come off
also after you lift the keyboard from the slot it is in then you will see the cd rom there syhould be a screw on the back of the laptop that is holding the cd rom in place ok just remove the screw and slide out the cdrom ok and just put in the new cd rom and put the screw that holds it in and then replace the keyboard and the screws for that and then replace the strip and you are finished now just power it up and it should recognize the cd rom ok i hope that this is a fixya for you best regards mike

Hello , i can help you for a solution
in the cataloge of your laptop its written that you must not keep in humidity or let the device overheat
so yo have to raise your laptop a little bit of your desk ... you can also shop for a device that is for laptops that raises them from the surface & makes you comfoerted so that you can even let the laptop turned for a whole year .
