It has nothing to do with the signal in my area. I normally have all my bars on my other cell phone because I live close to a tower. It has something to do with the phone not receiving signals from at&t/cingular towers. Whenever I'm around a T-moble tower I get a full signal (it is an cingular/T-moble phone). I called at&t to try to get the network codes, but don't seem to understand my problem, so they just keep saying that they can't help.It has nothing to do with the signal in my area. It could be the weak signal in the area, you trying to talk. Go on an open environment and reconfirm or change the location. If issue still persists, put the sim of another network, just to make it sure that the network you are using before having same network strength. If you get maximum signal by replacing another network means that the first network having issue not the issue in your phone set.

Hi, Are they the same models? The phone's capability to sustain a stable network coverage may vary even in model types. While at your home, remove the phone's battery and simcard and fit them again. Note how the phone's network signal registers. It may start very high and then drop drasticaly to very low or no signal at all or sustain a constant signal reception. If the reception's good in other areas, then your home area's network coverage may not be that good.
The problem will be with the network not wit the phone..
its a good mobile phone with added features.
Network problem will be because of bad network or poor signal.
some network will will hav full signal inside hose and some may not in that case you hav to come out in open space and use the phone.
I will suggest you to contact your subscriber for network issue.
Thanks for the rating
good Luck

you will not be able to get the network signals if there is some problem in the network pin of your handset ... or you will also face the problem if this network pin is not in contact with the circuit board of your cell ...
there may also some firmware problem this can be solved by giving the restore factory settings .... after giving this restore factory settings restart your phone and check whether you are getting the network signals or not ..
if you still persist the same problem then you need to open your handset and check the network pin status .. check whether the network pin is in good condition or not and the end of this pin might be broken check it ...
if it is in good condition then just fit your handset again correctly so that the network pin ends touches the circuit board ...
after this if you check you will be able to get the signals ..
if the network pin is broken then just replace the network pin with the new one ...
do this if you are good in opening the handset ...
thank you bye any doubts you can reply me i am always here to assist you rate my solution
Network signal strength is not based on your phone. It is based on the network. Poor sigal is their problem, Call them. If this rates as helpful, please post as such.TY
