The limitation is your inbuilt LCD screen resolution (1024 X 600) on the Mini 10v. You could upgrade to a Mini 10 with 10.1 inch HD display (1366x768) WLED but it would be quite expensive. The simple solution is to use an external monitor.
Have you tried changing the screen resolution? Many PCs come set to a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. That can usually be changed with the Control Panel or by right-clicking on a blank area of the desktop, choose Properties, click on the settings tab, and then adjust resolution. Don't set it too low or it will be hard to read a whole page of a document....experiment and see what works best for you.
