Caps light blinks ten times shuts down will not power up
Your system board could be going bad.

This is a problem caused by one or two of the sticks of memory going bad. I would recommend removing one stick of memory then powering it one, than swap them and powering it on again. If it does not power it on then that means that stick is bad, and leave it out.

Try changing your keyboard it might be shutting down because of a keyboard error and it seems like your caps lock is acting up a bit i would suggest to try cleaning it first and seeing what you could do about that. If you can log into bios possibly you might be able to turn of the keyboard error check hope this helps
