You may have change the pincushion for the monitor.
go to manu>geogetry> and reajust the pincushing, so it is stright on the side.
and you can also adjust the vertical and horizontal to the best fix.

After replacing screen there is a grayish look during light hours

you replaced the inside LCD screen?
i guess there is a full story here, but...?????
light hours,?
you mean with windows open and the screen goes gray?

some monitors and tv's do that, now. called GREEN MODE.
turn it off. My stupid TV (LG) goes gray with a reading lamp on.
silly to the extreme that. Im sure yours is not with a room light sensor, but do RTM.
as you know , the screen is black lighted.
and old screens (2005 it is) do get gray and other effects.
my old view sonic, (now on server duty, off mostly)
has dim and yellow back lamps.and the LCD has age effects.
this is all 100% normal for 8 years, full time service,
in fact lucky it works at all. truth being.

elaborate what you see better may be we can hone in on the reasons. and the what you touched inside.

Check if the screen saver is set to come on at 90 minutes, and the VGA cable, is tightly connected at both ends, if so, it might be a virus, check your virus detecting software,

Black screen on computer monitor

Here is the link for the E151FPb monitor manual.
Since you email your question you have access to get this manual and print it. The manual shows the Auto set button, the contrast control button and a monitor reset feature.

Unfortunately you have to do each of these blind. Follow the instruction given, push buttons smartly, wait a few seconds for any action to take place, then follow the next instruction.

Good luck.

No picture - blinking blue light. My daughter was

There are a few things you can check. First, try to see if the monitor cables are firmly connected on both sides (computer and monitor) no need to remove any cable for now just check the monitor cables (ends should be blue or white on both sides) Then check if you got an imput button on your screen (like all TV and some monitors now has) This input gives you the choice between a few possible connections and it may be on the wrong one. Just cycle trough the input modes and I think you will have your image back. If Still, you dont see anything, try a different monitor or try to connect your monitor on a different PC/laptop. In fact blinking blue could be there because the monitor is awaiting a signal on the input it's listening. At worst it could be because your video chip/card dont send a signal to your monitor, could happen, but imo it's probably not the case.

Only 3/4 of the screen is being shown...

Ok so I have actually had this happen to me before. My best guess would be that it is a problem with the video card. There may be some video drivers that you need to download. The other explenation might be that the video card over heated.

When it happened to me the whole screen went blank all together after the login screen so at that point it wouldn't load Windows. If you're still covered under the warranty then you're good and set and you could get it within a couple of weeks if you send it to a tech service (preferably the company that built it)

Hope this helped
