Hey I have only had my LG viewty a few weeks and it has randomly stopped vibrating when I touch the screen or recieve a text. I have tried it on all different profiles and settings. On the vibrate profile it just simply lights up. I think it may be a tachnical fault because I dont think I have pressed anything to turn all vibration off?? Can someone help me please??
Hello, if this phone is only a few weeks old,you normally have a warranty.you can contact the shop where you purchased the phone.you'll get a new one. I really think, that it is a software-fault.so when it is not too old,the shop has to give you a new one.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Try recalibrating the touch feature. Touch screen devices need to be recalibrated ever so often. The more it is used, the more often recalibration should be done. I recalibrate my LG VU once a week. Hope this helps.
hi, i work in the mobile industry and own a tocco myself. I would say that for looks the tocco is best but the camera can be slightly fuzzed. The viewty has had reports of software problems but im sure these are quite easily fixed. As per the touch screen, the tocco is more sensitive so is easier for texting but it is heat activated so cant be used wearing gloves or with a stylus, the viewty for the touch screen does need slight pressure applied. Widgets are actually available on the viewty as well, can just be a bit tricky to activate them. Obviously the tocco is much slimmer and lighter. All in all though i would say that samsung is a more trusted make, with less promblems occuring. Why not look into th new LG renoir and The samsung Omnia, bit more expensive but im sure they will have just the features and looks your after and the software is more updated. Hope i have helped!!.....J
I have the same problem. But i had solved it. I use a lighter to burn on my viewty's touch screen, and it is working properly again within 30 secs. And ofcourse, do not burn the touch screen without a screen protector. Hope this solution would help.
i have the same problem. i opened up my phone and saw a tiny chip thing right behind the screen fried. im thinking it happened because moisture got into the phone. moisture gets into your phone when you take a shower and leave your phone on the sink or something.
