About an inch from the top of the handle part of the mic there is a red ring (that has Audio-technica info).  Twist apart just below the red ring.  Do not use the windscreen for leverage while you are trying to unscrew the two sections. as it can break loose. A pair of pliers works great. (If you are afraid of scratching the mic then put a piece of fabric between the pliers and the mic).

My mic wireless mic sounds like it has a ground loop hum when it is in standy mode and when it is all the way on. I've switched cables and batteries what could be causing this hum?

You could try another power adapter on the receiver, maybe this one blew the filter capacitor. I doubt your problem being the mic, rather check the receiver. Luck !

You might consider sending it in to Audio technica for repair. They're really customer oriented and alot of times they'll repair and or replace for just cost of shipping. Try contacting them directly.

Audio Technica PRO-35: need wiring diagram for mic end

If you feel the shield goes to the middle, try red on one terminal and white on the other. If not, reverse it.

If it's labeled on the circuit board...pin 1, pin 2, pin 3, then pin 1 is usually ground, pin 2 is hot (red), and pin 3 is cold.

My mic keeps getting this popping noise wen i record, i have a pop filter an it's not a wind noise it's a crackling sound

Is it a condenser mic? Either your mic is bad or you need to add a compresser to your signal path...

How tointerface an audio technica mb 4k to computer

As long as the microphone is getting power (via a seperate phantom power unit, or using batteries, the MB 4k can use AA) you should be able to plug into a computer with no trouble, as long as a couple other things are set. You'll need two things in addition to your mic and battery.
1) You need an adapter to go from XLR to 1/8". Go to www.sweetwater.com and search for "XLR to 1/8". They are around $10.
2) Your computer must have a "mic" level input. It is probably a red connector. If your computer only has a "line" level input (probably blue), then you will have to use the mixer, or some in between unit to up the output of the mic to line level.
Not sure why your mr8 is outputting so low. Make sure you have phantom power turned on.
Best of luck!

Want work

You need to fine tune (to connect wirelessly) ur wireless mic to your wireless receiver unit. Put a fresh battery to ur Mic then power-up ur receiver unit, find the right channel for both unit.
