How do I reset the lamp on my XL5U Projector?

Hi, on the control panel you will see buttons that look like tape forward or rewind. Press both buttons and the power button all at the same time for about three seconds. This will reset your lamp or start up the mitsubishi XL5U projector after lamp change. I hope you find this helpful.

We recently replaced the bulb in my projector, but it continued to flash "replace bulb". Today, it was running fine then suddenly shut down. The power light is on, but the projector is not on.

IF you did not reset the lamp counter, the unit will shutdown. To reset, press the left and right arrows along with the power button for at least 3 seconds. That will reset the timer. Update this if that does not resolve the problem.
