Question about Rimage AUTOMATED PRINTERS: PrismPlus AutoPrinter
I am trying to print a reverse out of a blue screen made up of CMY. It reverses to silver (I'm using silver media). The problem is that the type looks 'fuzzy' because it is not in register. Is there any way (short of sending the unit to the factory) to adjust/fix the register?
Hi Jay, do you have any idea how many discs have been printed with this Everest Printer?
Your issue sounds like a hardware error, not an issue with the software you are printing from. Most likely the printhead needs to be replaced, or the control board. Printhead replacement costs approx $1200.

The rollers under the Transfer ribbon is dirty, I am sure if you look at the streaking it will line up with these rollers. Clean them with alcohol.

SOURCE: Rimage Everest ii Tray won't
Open the side of the printer that holds the ribbons.
Remove both the CMY and the Retransfer Ribbon.
There is a metal plate under where the CMY ribbon goes in that has 3 screws, two are located tward the front and one is located on the back wall on a metal tab.
Remove these three screws and the plate.
Now you can remove any debris or discs that are blocking the tray movement.
