If you are referring to the BIOS locking the PC, you should be able to find a button or jumper under the keyboard to reset the bios back to factory defaults, hence, no password.

Hi im not sure about hitachi hdd but
Press either delete or f2 during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password you can change or remove your password from there
