Turning of front part that indicates that the belt is on does not get the belt to turn and therefore the vacuum is not "sucking up" the dirt and debree.

Raise the height adj. all the way up.Turn the beltlifter knob counter clockwise, and unlatch the head from the machine.Look thru the opening in the back to see if the belt is broken. If not, then, look thru the back to make sure the belt lifter picked up the belt.If not, then turn the belt lifter clock wise to position the hook to pick up the belt. Then, turning the knob again counterclockwise will pick up the belt.Reinstall the brushead onto the machine, and turn the beltlifter to drop the belt onto the shaft. If the belt slips off again, replace the belt shaft,as it could be wore down.

Suction stopped. Roller and belt working-in fine order. Checked hoses have not found any blockage. Blowing out air or sucking so little can't feel it with hand on hose end. Help!

Either a blockage or the main air filter is blocked , some it can be washed and others it must be replaced

I would check the owner manual and look at the filter, foam ones can and usually have instructions where they install to wash them.

Beater bar is not turning... but vacuum is sucking fine.

Hello. Usually when the beater bar is not turning it is due to the belt breaking. The fix is to get a new belt and install it. Be sure to use a Eureka belt to get the best results.
Kindly rate my answer as helpful. Thanks. Joe

My oreck vacuum has stopped sucking up things.

It won't turn the brush because the belt is stretched or broke from the heat of sucking something too big up. If you have your service manual it should show you the location of the belt covers to replace it.

It is working but I dont see it cleaning nothing is turning around when it is sucking

If the roller brush is not turning then that means that the belt is either worn, stretched or broken. You need to replace the belt. You can get replacement belts here:

Brushes wont turn, therefore not sucking up dirt

Check to see if you have a broken belt which is connected to brushes to make them turn.

The brush bar on my Dyson DC17 stopped turning.

If this model has a brush control - i.e a roller at the side of the model which controls brush to spin or not, then its a protected brush model - therefore even if the drive belt is intact the Dyson would have to be repaired by a service personnel or professional. The brush protection isn't able to be taken apart and sounds like it may well have slipped off due to tension.
