SOURCE: eject lock pioneer avh-p5000
Turn it off so you see the "demo" screen or the blank "off" screen, then hold eject + volume (mute) button down for few seconds to turn the eject lock off.

Testimonial: "how do i change it??? is it something i could change on the seeting or i have to take it to a shop???// thanks bro i was going nutzzz.."
I have the same problem, it seems that the Integrated circut that controls the CD stoped working.
You'll need to go to a repair shop and replace it.
