Question about Brother Multi-Function Center MFC-240C All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am trying to scan something to my computer on a higher resolution. But I cannot find out how to change it. Could you please help.
Hi tammy, you can either use the Windows printer driver which will allow you to set scanning resolution up to 1200 dpi which you can access through a program like Photoshop (File--Import) or the Brother Scanner Utility to go up to 19200 dpi resolution. If for some reason you don't have the scanner utility on your computer, you may have to install it from the disc that came with MFC-240. If you need further help let me know.
