It's the signal, not the projector.

Panasonic interactive whiteboard won't project computer

If you'd like to email me at I'll be able to help you in more detail. There's a fundamental error to the question here. That is the board in itself will not show the image - your boards is effectively a large flat mouse. A pointing device infact. The peice of equipment that "shows" your PC image is actually the projector. There could be several reasons why your projector isn't showing the image.
1 - is there either a VGA or HDMI cable connected from your laptop/PC to the projector (Sometimes via a wall plate).
2 If 1 is true and the projector is turned on does it show any sort of image? Now there are two thongs you can do from here. a) If you have a laptop check to see if your Video settings are set to clone across to a secondary monitor on most laptops you should hold down Function key and F8 this will toggle through three options Onboard screen remote screen and then both. there could be some lag between the two so hold down fucntio at the same time press F8 then wait a few seconds then go again.
Finally on you projector remote there may be an auto search buttion which will hunt for your PC image by checking each of the Projector inputs in turn. Generally speaking however you should select "Computer 1" or sometimes named as RGB 1

Hope that helps email me if your still having problems.

My HD20 also broke after about 1000 hours. Their estimate is $703.00 to replace main board and lamp module. Image shuts off automatically after 3 mins of starting. Lamp fail led goes solid red.

I have the mp771 model. My set up: 2 benq mp771 and 1 mitsubishi ew223 short throw. The 1st mp771 is the left projector, the 2nd is the mitsubishi (center) and the other mp771 is the right projector all...

Swap the two MP771s over and see if the fault lies with the projector or not. If the problem image swaps over then your two projectors are behaving differently. Perhaps a factory reset might help.

I'd say that it is more likely that the problem lies with your graphics card settings rather than the projector. Projectors, in general, have a native resolution. Most of them will accept non-native resolutions and interpret them to fit, but the actual resolution of the projector can't change. Triple Heads to Go are quite tricky to setup. You should check the TH2G manual and see that the screen resolution which you are attempting to use is supported, the analog versions are quite particular.

Adjust your graphics card settings and see if that helps (This is where you will find the solution!). You need to compare possible settings with those of the TH2G and the projectors (The projectors get 1/3 if the TH2G accepts and splits the signal properly). You should be able to view the actual projector input settings to see how they compare to what you expect.
Start at the lowest 12x3 screen resolution that the TH2G will accept and see if that helps. Make sure refresh rates are set to match too.
It can be a fiddly process, however once you find the correct settings then it should all work great for you.

I have a problem with an old pc. i turn it on... play a game or watch a movie... and the image freezes, no response, num lock button freeze. sometimes it takes about 2-3 min after windows log in, and...

Usually this is an overheating problem.
Clean the fans on the CPU, try refitting the HSF on the CPU, you will need to clean off the old thermal compound, and buy some new stuff.
Youtube has plenty of guides showing you exactly how to do it

Infocus X1 picture freezes and dissapears and then comes on again

your display settings may be off, so change settings to factory reset and you may have to drop the resolution on your computer. you may also have a bad cable, so try a different cable.

Shutting down after 2 min

Hi Jaco

You have to reset the lamp timer when you replace a light bulb on your Projector.

This can be done by going into the Menu and then go to either User1 or 2 ( you'll see a lot of the Projector's info on it ) Go to the lamp time and reset it.

Should do the trick !

Yes and no. Photographic slides are film positives printed as transparencies, At one time there were kits available for printing or typing slides on transparent acetate material but I have not seen these for years. Two ways to create slides now:
1 Take the slides with a 35mm camera and have them processed. Expensive.
2. Create the graphics/images on computer and send the digital file to a conversion house that will make the images into slides. Also expensive. Much easier to go the othwer way - slide to video or slide to digital images via a scanner.
