Question about HP Pavilion dv7-1130us laptop
Its one of three thing charger battery or d/c jack (the bit you plug the charger into on the laptop) which needs replacing cheapest option try another charger they have a pin in the end of the charger witch connects to the DC adapter after time this pin can be moved if the two do not connect the laptop will not recognise the charger as genuine and will refuse to charge the battery
