Question about Computers & Internet
I changed my router from D-link to Linksys WRT160N, the wireless-N router. Everything works fine except the printer. I had to change Linksys's IP address to my home DNA IP address to match with home network setups which my printer is on. The printer has a power and is on "ready" mode but does not recognize a print job from my computer. I can print the test pages. The printer is connected through the ethernet cable directly to the router, and my laptop is using a network cable for the fast rates. The wireless is up and running. I can use the wireless internet connection also. I called Linksys but a lady was just asking me the same procedure reading from her screen from somewhere Malaysia. I would appreciate your experties. Thank you.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
