Do not turn on your pc until you complete the next steps you may damage your pc in a critical way CPU is running to hot remove the fan you will find a large silver chip should either be covered in white paste or silver paste if this substance is hard clean off with contact cleaner( do not remove the chip) also clean off the bottom of the fan in the same way go on eBay buy some thermal grease comes in sachets or syringes whit or silver which is the best use one sachet or one syringe cover the chip evenly replace the fan boot up if this still happens then you may have cooked the CPU or mother board

You need to open the case and watch the CPU fan. If the fan is not spinning or is spinning slowly it will need to be replaced. Take the computer into your local computer repair shop so they know which processor fan you have for a suitable replacement.
You may notice a large amount of dirt and dust build-up around the heat sink and fan. You can either buy a can of compressed air and give it a blast or take it to your local garage and use an air hose or tyre inflater to blast the dirt and dust from the entire case.
