Question about Dell 5100cn Laser Printer
I am printing on regular white paper with black text. The pages that I am printing are coming out pink, what could be the problem? I have never had this happen before.
The problem is the magenta developer assembly.
This is one of the 4 color assemblies you see when you remove the imaging drum.
The part number for the Magenta Developer is "Magenta Developer (M6090)"
This is a very involved repair, and although i have actually instructed other how to change the part, it is only something you should attempt if you are somewhat mechanically inclined.
If you do get the part and wish to change it yourself, I can forward you the detailed instructions on how to remove and replace it.
