underneath the button cover (plastic cover over power button etc) there is sw1 4 switches ,
put them all to on the power laptop then off again put switches back to what they were then on again
and presto bios password is no more

To reset the bios you need to open your laptop you can see there a jumper which is there is a small name (CLRSCR means clear cmos)beside the jumper you need to get it and turn on your laptop with in 5 seconds then turn it off, after that you reinsert the jumper, then turn on your computer and see if there is a bios password. "good luck"

While I am not familiar with this particular model, most Toshiba laptops I have encountered have the DC jack soldered to the motherboard. If it has become disconnected, then reconnecting it is quite possible, but does require some skill. If you do not already have experience with soldering and/or PC repair, I would suggest asking a friend or family member who does.
In addition, if the laptop is still under warranty, I would speak to Toshiba support, as this problem is sometimes covered. Just back up your data first!
