Blower problem with AZ22E12D3BM1

Once in a while the blower will come on in the stop postion

This unit has a Freeze Sentinel.
As long as there is power to the unit, the heat and fan will kick on when the room temperature drops below 40 to 45 degrees. This is to prevent freezing in the room.

If you don't want the unit to run in this mode, you will have to unplug it.

2004 blower moter keeps running


i would replace the blower motor relay .sounds like its stuck in the closed postion, normanlly it in the open . if you have a owner manual go to the index and look at relays ,locate relay pull it out and if it stops the blower with the key off its probally your problem..

This is caused by worn mtor brushes in the blower. Replace the blower motor.

Sounds like a plugged evaporator core. The blower motor in located under the dash on the passenger side, behind the glove box. Some models have a trim molding which will unbolt for access. Once you have removed the blower motor, look inside the duct work and see if dirt, paper, ect has plugged the evaporator core. Sometimes a small vacuum cleaner will be able to **** out the debris.

Blower relay switch is sticking. Replace a/c heater relay switch located inthe fuse box under the hood.

what you getting, all the lights on the dash board, when ignition is knackerd the fan blower and aircon stops working, wiggle the key in the on postion.
there is some large fuses under the bonet they supply the ignition and do the rad fan.

I am not sure what you are talking about, but the problem kinda sounds like the blower motor resistor.
