a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

yes if you can get the side plates unscrewed and the backplate plate uncrewed then the sides should lift off of the power supply now if you look at the board where all of the wires are it should be on the side by the power cord they are pretty small and some of them are soldered in so be carefull ok keep me posted ook best regards mike

Once upon a time . . .
I actually repaired PC supplies but only for some oddball PCs whose makers were too stupid to buy 'off-the-shelf' supplies from others.
There is a good possibility that replacement parts to repair one of these will cost more than a new replacement supply. You just cannot compete with people who earn a couple of dollars a day assembling them.
They aren't tough to repair if you have some technical skills but it just isn't worth it.
I'm pasting part of a post below I just did for someone else who wanted to know if the board could be damaged from a failing supply-
"Since there have been some changes in available outputs and connectors even on ATX supplies, make sure you compare pictures of the supply to your own but in any case, I would recommend using a replacment rated at 350W as this will run more conservatively and not be as stressed as the 250 you now have. It won't cost a lot more and will not consume any more power but the critical components will run cooler.
Not as a recommendation, just a current example on eBay:
The last couple I bought were $5 each with $7 shipping charge from a US source."

SOURCE: i need datasheet for AT2005 IC
one reference indicated AT2005 is the same as WT7520. I think WT7520 datasheet has some errors, but have found no one to ask about them. I need schematic of Powork PW-600, using WT7520; and a better WT7520 datasheet.

plug your pc directly to your wall outlet and see if it turns on. If it works, then the problem is your power supply. If power supply has a reset button, press it and try again. If pc does not turn on when plugged to wall outlet, then power supply for pc may be out.
