Does not ring.................only vibrates...

-   Iv got a Samsung E330, have had it about 4yrs. A few days ago it went silent - it wont make any noise when a call or text comes in, it wont make noise when im in the ringtone settings menu. It will make keytone noises, & it will play 'voice' files (but sadly the voice files are in wrong format for me to use as tones..).-   Hobb23

-   The phone would ring as it should up until a week ago.  It no longer rings when a call comes in;  I click on to "settings," try all the choices available including increasing and lowering the volume, but there is no change. As a last resort I selected "vibrate" so as to have at least some reminder when a call comes in.  That works when a call comes, but please tell me how to get it off mute.  The phone is a Samsung from AT&T-   1700wash

-   my motorola pebl doesnt ring when i receve calls or text messages and it doesnt sound when i turn to speaker mode. it doesnt play ringtones when i choose ring styles in the settings menu and it only vibrates to calls and text messages. i already tried turning off the phone, removing the battery... but there's still no sound even if settings are in loud and volume is at max. please help...-   cay78

-   Siemens S55 - Audio works, I can hear phone sounds and songs etc. Key tones work as well - But phone does not ring when there is an incoming call? I have reset all settings changed melodies, changed volume?-   Guest

-   Hi all, I have the same problem with my Nokia 7610, bought only months back, no sound at all. Even mobile tones does not sound, only vibration works. This has anything to do with the software? Is there a soution? Can anyone help? Please......-   Venu1234
