Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Mp3 player won't turn on and wheel light won't shut off

I had my Sansa SanDisk on hold and I turned it on, it said shutting off for key lock, and then I took the hold off, and it wouldn't turn on. The light on the wheel won't go off either. This is barely my second day with it and all I have done is listen to it. I haven't dropped it, been around moisture or anything, can you help me with my problem?

You have locked the keys, look for a switch with a red , white or orange lock icon and move it then try to turn it on. The switch should be on the side of the player, either at the top, bottom or sides of the screen.
