Just hit the download button to download. Then to upload, select the file or files in the software, and drag to the dpm at the lower left. The 9750 will need to be in the download mode by pushing download first.
If you load the software for the RP512-A you will have an icon (Digital Voice Master) on your desktop which is the program that reads your recording through a USB cable to the side of your recorder. It is pretty straight forward so from there you can make an .exe file from your recording, click on it and it plays with your media player. It won't load on Vista 64-bit, but it loads on either W2GPro or XP. Or maybe 98 but I don't have a box loaded with 98 to try it out.
