Spare USB CABLE for Zen Portable Media Center PMC?

I own the Creative Zen Portable Media Player, which is several years old and uses a unique USB cable. I have lost the PMC's original USB cable and it seems VERY difficult to find a spare one, especially in England.
And yes, I have tried eBay.

Here's a picture of the port it needs to fit:

Hi,

  1. Turn off your player
  2. Push the end of a pin-like object (for example, a straightened paper clip) into the reset hole, press gently and remove.
  3. Power on the player

try to drain the charge of the battery. the try to recharge it. most white screen issue of creative zen is due to power surge specially when it's connected to a usb port.

Creative Zen: M Not Docking with computer!

I had the same problem. This worked for me on a Zen that is 2 years old: Go into the Control Panel on the start menu and select System. Then select Hardware and then Device Manager. You will see a list of all the devices on your pc. Now you should see your Zen about half way down the list. Highlight it and then at the top in the menu item Action select Uninstall. Windows will then uninstall your hardware. Unplug your Zen from the USB port, if you haven't already done so, and then plug it back in. Windows should then reinstall your device and you should be good to go.
