Sound has stopped working on my Quasar VM L 153 camcorder. I have so much of my daughter events taped and with no sound. Is there anything we can do? Will sound ever work again>? Please help..... Will be forever grateful.
I had the same problem,i just figured it out,
With these palmcorders there becomes a loose connection.
I have to hit where the speakers is to get it to record voice

Me too. How do I get a manual for this thing? I bought it used. Also need the A/V out cord and the AC power cord. Are you sure hitting it is the only way to get the sound to work?
I'm having the same problem with my daughter's Quasar VM-L153 camcorder. The microphone doesn't work sometimes. It sounds like a bad connection because sometimes it crackles. Does anyone know how to get to the microphone & wires? I hate to just start taking screws out since it's not mine. It sounds like a simple fix if I can get to it. I would appreciate help. She lost a lot of good home recordings. This seems to be a common problem on these gems.
the sound starts to crackle then goes out then sometimes comes back in It drives me crazy.
