SOURCE: Suction not working in upright
You will have A blockage in either the wand or hose, completely remove them from machine the hose unclips at the bottom back of machine,
Now switch machine on with this removed if machine sounds ok then remove the blockage from hose or wand.
If machine still poor suction & noisey with hose & wand removed check the (U) shaped inspection port for blockages.
Let me know how you get on.

hello, have you checked to make sure you have nothing wraped around the brushes ? also it sounds like your belt needs to be replaced.

SOURCE: Sweeper Brush doesn't turn.
Could be that too much hair, string, or long fibers have been collecting around the roller. Remove it and clean it off. Also check the duct behind roller that goes up into the connection hose. Ther most likely is some sort of blockage.

Don't worry it's probably just that the belt has broken or stretched. Your actually supposed to change them yearly. So if its been three years thats probably the case. Here is a link to the belt you need and a manual with instrutions:

Possibly, the belt is broken or stretched out. Whatever the case may be, you will likely have to take it to the shop to get it fixed. Or at least if they didn't change the design of this model since I bought mine you will. They did something really stupid with this model. It's almost impossible to change the belt. You literally have to take most of the machine apart and then you need a took called a belt puller that you have to order online. Massive pain. Bite the bullet and take it to a shop. They'll probably charge you an arm and a leg but it's probably worth it with such an expensive vac.
Maybe get the estimate before they do any actual work. Just ask them to give you a price on what they think it will cost.
