Check the sensor lever spring and cable on top of dual path guide (on top of fuser unit) also if the door stopper has been broken there is a good chance the door may be slightly deformed in which case a gentle adjustment may be reqd. check on the diverter solenoid there should be NO spring attached to the white guide. that is supposed to be removed when the adu option is fitted.

I believe that code has to do with the fixing unit. Try to reset it, press the yellow clear botton once then the #"s 1-0-7 then the red stop botton. The display should change.... turn the copier off then back on.. It should reset the code for you.... Just a question dose it have a finisher on it? If it dose have you tried to unplug the finisher with the power off then turn it back on...Is the code gone..if so you have a problem with the finisher... I work on to many different brands.... Good Luck

Is the jam Physical? (Damaged lead edge where it may have caught some thing)
Is the jam Timing (paper if perfect, it just stopped.)
If it is Physical then you need to look for the obstruction, paper clip, staple, or small piece of paper. Check very carefully, remove any foreign matter and retry.
If it is a timing jam, the start by removing the paper, check inside the the paper feed area for foreign material, fan the paper and carefully reinstall it, making sure it is the right size paper for the paper cassette. if it has movable guides in the tray, be sure they are firmly against the paper on all sides.
Close up the machine and try again.
Hope this helps.
