SOURCE: H500 bluetooth headset

Turn down the volume on the PHONE, not the headset. Motorola 325i w/ H500. Again, turn down the volume on the PHONE, not the headset. In my case almost all the way down.

SOURCE: Won't charge!

HEADPHONES AND SPEAKERS Hi There Try this, VOLUME Try Adjusting the vlume on your PC first. Check the volume on the Headphone too if there is one. CLEANING Using a dump clothe. Wipe the plugs with a twisting motion. WIRELESS\BLUETOOTH Check your battery if it is drained. Try replacing them witha new one or charge them if they are rechargables. If all fails then You may have a Sound Card problem. Using a spare Speaker or Headphone check it if it works. If its not then its Defective and needs replacement. If its working then your Speakers or Headphones are defective. Try fixing them by cleaning or checking the Continuity of its cables using a analog Multi tester. Hope This helps =============================================== If you are having trouble with a Newly bought items then return them a demand a replacement or a refund! You may have purchased a reconditioned\repaired\factory defect product.

SOURCE: Broke the ear hook for the Motorola h500 bluetooth headset

The ear hook on my H500 broke as well.  I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement.  Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty.  I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.

WHat kind of charger does the Motorola H710 use? Can I get one seperately?

The charger I use, came with the device. My charger says
Input: 100-240V .2A Output 5V 550mA
However, any mini usb charger should work as long as the output is not too strong. If you have a motorola phone with the mini usb, it will work with that, Car adapter works also.

I have Motorola H500 headset and don't know how to use it with my PC

Unless your computer is already bluetooth enabled (many PC's aren't), you'll need to also purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter. Amazon often sells the two units in a single package.

Jabra BT620 Microphone dose not work with Soft Phone on My PC

Well, I got the same problem the days before, and after some trying, I've solved.

I'm using the Toshiba bluetooth adapter, too. You see, when you want to make a new connection with your bluetooth device, you may either use the Express Mode or the Custom Mode. Go with the Custom Mode, then, there appears the Jabra BT620. After input the 0000 code, you may select the services from 3 options. There, you can find the headset or hands-free option.

Go with that, than you may have your Jabra BT620 as a microphone!

Good luck!

Motorola HS850-

almost all of moto bluetooth headset get this problem. i think H680 is much better that HS850 or H700. i'm using RAZR2 V8 and almost all BT headset have static problem. So i end up with korean's and french's BT headset which have much lower static.
