Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

1 Answer

My ratio is stuck on 145%. I can change it manually but it doesn't stay very long until it changes back to 145%. My copier is a CANON IMAGE CLASS MF3110. Please let me know how I can change it back at 100% ratio permanantly.

Press the Enlarge/Reduce button until it says <Direct 100%> ratio then press SET.

Let me know if that works.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Canon Image Class D320 does not copy entire page. New toner has been installed.

Has anyone changed the paper size in the paper tray to another size by accident? Have you tried the manual feed tray? If that copies the whole image then the problem is with the paper size input of the paper tray.
