Question about Cell Phones
Hi I bought a bell samsung GT-15510M and I am having some problems learning its operations. I have been advised by bell store in Owen Sound to go on line to download a manual to learn its operations. This is a three year contract and I was a more than a little disappointed that it did not come with a manual. I understand that everyone is going green and trying to save on the enviorment but, first time buyers of this phone should have a choice of a manual or not. Thank you for your help in this matter. Regards Fran Tippin

when you plug in the phone to the computer, go into menu- tools - mass storage- connect to computer and just look for the removable disk storage on " my computer" transfer all your music files to the media folder. hope this helps if you haven't gotten it to work

ThankYOU for your post,
OKAY, Ignore the posters saying that you need to buy a 'freeze code', the truth is you don't. If your phone has 'phone freeze. sim unavailiable' please enter in *2767*3655#. After you do so the phone will restart and will work with your sim inserted. I hope this solves your problem.
