How do I remove headrest from a Vauxhall Astra 1.6 sr 2009 so I can fit seat covers

Back head rest removal:
Use the push button on the right hand stem at the same time if you look at the left hand stem at the same place you will see a hidden button and you can press this with your finger nail. When you have worked this out press both and pull the h/rest out at the same time.
Front H/Rest removal:
First open the seat back at the bottom and lift up. Inside you will see a bowden cable (like a bike brake cable). Disconnect this cable.
Lift the H/Rest up to it`s full hight. At the seat top and at the point that the H/Rest stem goes into the seat twist the black plastic caps and lift up. -Sit at the back of the seat and poke the foam away from the front at about 11 o`clock when you look down you should see a small round silver metal ring. This is the end of a fancy clip that is used to lock the stem into place. You will need to poke a small screwdriver into this ring and move it about 2mm to the left. This has to be done on both stems at the same time and again lift the H/Rest up to get out. Best to get help with this as you will need a light to shine down to see the clip`s, pull the h/rest up and move both clips at the same time.Do not move or bend the clips more than a few mm or its knackerd. Lift the plastic caps and have a look before you start
The clip is a strait wire on this side that locks into a cut in the H/Rest stem when you pull the H/Rest up and if you bend it or force it to far you will have a problem fitting it back. remove-headrest-from-vauxhall-astra-1-6-duob1ufbnyqtgkjsieyballd-4-0.jpg http://www.vauxhall.co.uk/content/dam/Vauxhall/Europe/united_kingdom/nscwebsite/uk/Home/pdf/Owners_Services/owners_manuals/VX%20Astra-J,%20Astra-J%20GTC%20OM_TS%201680-A-13.pdf remove-headrest-from-vauxhall-astra-1-6-duob1ufbnyqtgkjsieyballd-4-2.jpg

HOW MAN HOURS BREAK IN CALIFORNIA AFTER 8 HOUR SHIFT?

Employees must, with two exceptions, receive at least eight hours free from work between shifts, whether they are "split shifts," "on call shifts," "back-to-back" shifts or ordinary daily shifts.
Rest between shifts is not required if:
  • the total time worked during both shifts does not exceed 13 hours; or
  • the employer and employee agree in writing to reduce or forego the eight-hour rest period.
Example
Monica works in a restaurant. She is on split shifts, working from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and then from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The total time of her two shifts is 6 hours. Monica does not need to have eight hours off between the shifts because her total hours worked on the shifts do not exceed 13 hours.
Note: The requirement for rest between shifts operates simultaneously with the requirement for daily rest; an employee's schedule must satisfy both requirements. For example, an employee might agree in writing to work two eight-hour shifts in a row without any time free from work between them (the employee's agreement means there is no violation of the rest between shifts rule), but if that results in the employee receiving less than 11 consecutive hours off in a day, the employer will be in violation of the daily rest rule* and therefore it is not permitted.
* Unlike the case with the rest between shifts requirement, an employee cannot agree to waive the daily rest requirement.

How to remove headrest from 93 Chev 3500?

Pull up the head rest, then get a paperclip, stretch the paperclip straight. On the head rest, at the base of the two posts of the head rest, there will be a small hole, put the paperclip into the hole and press, and at the same time, pull up on the headrest. Once you push in on the lock tab with the paperclip, the head rest should come out with ease.

It sounds like everything is OK...machines knead a while,,,,rest a long time....knead a little rest along time etc......that resting allows the dough to rise....
