It sounds like your thermostat is stuck closed. Your thermostat also acts as a heater valve to let hot coolant go to your heater core to blow hot air if your thermstat is stuck close it prevents your coolant to run through your radiator to cool down and to blow hot air from your heater core. A way to check to see if your thermostat is working while its at operating temp feel the bottom and top radiator hose if your lower hose is cold and top is hot your thermo is stuck closed but be careful hoses might be very hot

Your anti freeze was weak and froze.the belts squealing was due from the pump was froze (ice). Put your car in your garage and use a heat gun around the engine block to warm the metal so internal temperature will rise and melt the ice.once defrosted star the car and check coolant level.use hydromiter to check your anti freeze. Should be 30 to 40 below zero.

Could be blend door in the dash is froze up or broken. Could be a problem with heater control panel, or could have a water shut-off to heater core.

Very well be the thermstat is froze. If car temp is always cold then it sends cold water to the heater core. You may want to look at the heater core (passenger side against firewall) to see if the heater door is opening. - Good luck

HI. try resetting the core program by removing the battery for 5 minutes. re insert the cell after five minutes and power up. if you still experience this freeze up during the loading process, this will confirm a major core issue and, you will need to send the phone in for reprogramming or a board transplant.

In most cases, this will be a internal core(micro board) issue.(currouption)

There is something in the control panel that is sending a trouble signal. Your manual should tell you about this. Have you had this very long? It may be under warranty.

you may need to replace the heater core and/ or the thermostat. also, make sure you have antifreeze and water.
