How to set up a mailbox for Canon iR3235 Printer

Maybe, all you needed was to configure the "outgoing" mail-server, so that the printer could send to that server, and that server would send the message to your mailbox.

hi. the mailbox is for internal use. you cant rettiene document from there . try to install and use canon color network scan gear .

When I try to print a document a tab saying " could not get device information" pops up, what does this mean?

The Canon NP6050 is too old machine for wichCanon stop distributing spare parts, so It doesnt worth nothing - these is only my opinion.

Rather buy new canon copier i.e. ir3235, its good, its new, and you have waranty.

Reboot the printer. ANd also try re-mapping the printer from your system.

E732 code

Workaround :
E732 code is a Reader communication error.
If the Reader is disconnected from the Printer a E732 code will result. Once the Reader is disconnected the logic on the MAIN-Controller is changed to a "0". The copier is now set up to be a Printer only, and will not recognize the Reader.
To correct this, you must enter service mode, COPIER>OPTION>BODY>W/SCNR and set that to "1". Then you must turn the copier off, then on.
To enter service mode: press "Additional Functions" then "2" and "8" together, then "Additional Functions".

if you browse to the printer's ip address you should find settings for the mailboxes for how long they store data.
