You can probably get the software online for the phone on the motorola site try

http://direct.motorola.com/Hellomoto/uk/support/PCSYNC.asp

and click on download motorola pc sync. This program is okay for all motorola phones. It will pick up the model of your phone too. just follow the on screen instructions once you have started to install it. hope this helps.

Need to transfer pic from my pantech to my hp laptop?

On most smartphones, once you plug in the USB cable to the phone and computer, the phone appears like another disk (D: or E:, etc.) on the computer, just like what happens when you plug in a USB key.

Once you've done that, explore around or use Search to find all the .jpg (picture files).

To copy the pictures, open My Pictures. Then drag the .jpg files from the phone window to the My Pictures window.

Hello there, My samsung ES60 digital camera will not connect to my laptop, could you try and explain why this may be

SOME CAMERAS NEED TO HAVE THE RIGHT USB ADAPTER TO INSTALL YOUR PICTURES. YOU CAN BUY THE UNIVERSAL ADAPTERS PRETTY CHEAP AT ANY CVS, WALGREENS, WALMART ETC,.

I WOULD SUGGEST SAVING ALL YOUR PICTURES TO YOUR MEMORY CARD THEN TAKING YOUR MEMORY CARD OUT OF YOUR CAMERA AND SLIP IT INTO YOUR CARD READER SLOT ON YOUR COMPUTER...THE COMPUTER WILL ASK YOU WHERE YOU WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAVE YOUR PIC'S, THEN PICK WHAT FILE YOU WICH.

ANOTHER OPTION WOULD BE SAVE YOU PIC'S ON YOUR MEMORY CARD AND TAKE IT TO CVS AND SAVE ON A DISK, THEN INSTALL YOUR DISK INTO YOUR COMPUTER AND SAVE YOUR PIC'S THAT WAY. CVS HAS SPECIALS WEEKLY ON PICTURE'S IDEA'S AND IT IS A COST VERY LOW COST SAVING WAY OF SAVING YOU VALUABLE PIC'S , PLUS YOU CAN ADD MUSIC IF YOU WISH TO YOUR PIC'S SAVED ON A DISK. THE DISK IS PROVIDED BY CVS.

YOU JUST NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU SAVE YOUR PIC'S ON YOUR MEMORY CARD FIRST!

HOPE THIS HELPS,

MARTIE

Uploading pics

you can either do it via a usb cord if your phone is capable of that or you will need to send the pics via text message to your email address on your computer.

Kodak easy share SV 811

I had the same problem. I use kodak easyshare software and load my pics on to that. Then put all the pics you want in the picture tray. Have your frame plugged into the computer with your usb cord. Then go up to File menu and drop down to "copy to". On my computer it is Folder "E" which is the drive the frame is connected to. Then pick from the Resize drop down menu " best for picture frame', then click copy. You will see the program loading all the pics to E drive. When done, unplug usb cord and you will see it loading on your pic frame. As easy as this is to do, I found it frustrating as well, but when it works, it is easy. Hope this helps

Ativa memory card

The card is probably formatted with a FAT16 filesystem. Try reformatting the card with a FAT32 filesystem.
