K well if u did not change it then the code should be 00000 or 000000 or just keep pressing o 10X k that just happened to me
try to entering code for 1234 or 0000
step 1 :- press unlock then dont type anything and immediate press back button
Step 2:- again press hold the unlock key for few seconds and you will get message as press * and immediate press * to open

dont worry. U can just press menu and back buttons, one after other.Immediately press menu followed by star(*) to unlock ur code. But everytime u have to do this. For permanent recovery go to nokia care where they will reset it to default.

Don't keep trying to put in codes when you're not sure what it's meant to be; Contact your network service provider and ask for the PUK code.
If this does not work because you have already put in the wrong code too many times, then get a Sim card exchange.
