It needs resoldering , mine and a couple of other tv's were doing the same, resolder the tuner connections and the components that get hot

sorry you can't except that but thats whats happening , i fix these rca's and rca gave us a kit that just has better solder for the components that get hot and get bad connection , the tv needs resoldering
i've got an rca 27v412t and it did the same thing , I resolder it and it only lasted almost 8 months and I had to resolder it again! again this is from bad solder and bad connection
not getting any help? I wonder why
you have to change the rating or I can't help anymore

i take out the flyback and turn on the tv and it start up but when i put the flyback in its start on off so how to test the flyback
