The DNA result that you had is called the calibration sheet , you normally have that print after installing printhead or is some cases when changing inks.... According to your problem first clean the toner cartridge by dry cotton carefully. May be the toner is almost finished or get damp few toner of the cartridge. Refill the toner cartridge. Then install the cartridge properly and reboot it. It will solve your problem.
