Question about Computers & Internet
Is remote desktop available in this netbook SYNET581-YLW
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

if you ran your network wizard to get the internet access shared then you should be able to share your files too.
and folders the same way ,
go to my network device,
veiw network computers,
if you can see the computers desk top then
go to Shared folders and try to see if your folders have been shared open something.
If you can see the desktop and not open the shared folders then run the network wizard again, shutdown and restart,to save your settings,
to share files between both machines you will need to drag the file into my shared folders or rightclick on the file your sharing and click on sharing, follow the prompts to share and that should fix your problem.

There is a small ribbon cable that connects the touchpad to the motherboard. If there was any dramatic jostling of the system or it was disassembled for any reason it may have come undone. I have heard of this happening in the past.
If your lucky, someone just turned it off. The toggle for the mouse pad is Fn+F7 simultaneously.

The LCD screen of the netbook is cracked. This is unfixable, the screen must be replaced. Yes, you can do it yourself, the procedure is quite simple : all you need to do is to remove the screws that hold the lid together, take out its cover, disconnect the screen from the data cable and the side connectors, unscrew its supports and take it out. The fitting of the new one is the exact opposite.
A replacement screen can be found here

Try to uninstall your wireless card adapter first.
1) Open Control Panel.
2) Open "System".
3) Open "Hardware".
4) Open "Device Manager"
5) Open "+ Networks Adapters".
6) Right Click on " Wireless Network Adapter".
7) Click "uninstall".
8) Reboot your system, and the computer will reinstall the device as a new hardware found.
If the above does not work, access TCP/IP property in Control Panel> Network Connections and make sure that "obtain an IP address automatically" is checked.
Hope this helps.

If this is the SYNET07596, then there is no password protection on this machine. You can always take the machine back and ask for a refund, and/or barter a better price for a used machine. It may be that the person tried to upgrade the machine and locked it up with a bad flash. See my tip at: http://www.fixya.com/support/r7350901-fix_synet07526_wifi_flashing
