Look at the bottom of the crib and get the model and date of manufacture, then contact Dorel at the info below. Ask for the screws for the type of crib, and if they can mail you the assembly instructions. If they say they don't recognize the model number you have, ask for the number to Dorel Asia. It might be made by them.

Have a jenny crib white nov 5 2002. no model number available its missing all hardware. I would like to keep crib & assemble.

If you dont have the 2 chrome rods that are 2 feet long, you are out of luck.
They are required. Second, most Evenflos had a recall that requires the model number
to get parts for. The screws are common 10-32 and the back uses 2 extra 5/16 X 2"
bolts with wingnuts. The spring/mattress support slides in thru the metal pieces on the
foot and headboard. The foot kicker that releases the dropside is located on the back-bottom
of the dropside and it stays up with two L-braces that are notched. I really think it's time for a new
crib if you are missing these parts.

I am of need of the dropside rails that go into the drop down side rail in order to put my crib back together. It's a evenflo 014614 manufactured on 01/29/04. Do you know where I can find these?

Start with www.evenflo.com
If they don't have it,you could try places such as www.productsamerica.com
New/used shops sometimes have cribs that have seen better days, but some of the parts are still good.
Hope this helps.

I purchased a Graco Lauren convertible dropside crib and assembled it today, but the dropside drops easily when you just touch the side. Help what should I do?

Products America is not able to provide parts for Graco cribs and therefor not very familiar with their hardware. However, they can provide you with contact information for the company. You can contactProducts America at 800-205-9642 or 800-772-1041 for that information.

Need 2 dropside rods

Have you tried checking with evenflo.com's replacement parts? They don't sell them anymore, but they still have a link for some replacement parts, but you need the model # (it's on the crib itself, on the warning or safety tag).

I ordered a Graco Lauren convertible dropside crib 4-in-1. It did not come with instructions and I need them to put it together. Please help.

If you send your email address to mqwe1919 at hotmail dot com, I'll scan my directions and send them to you- unless you plan on getting a non-dropside crib, with the problems that have been reported.

Convert to toddler bed

They do have answers on their website, you may want to check your printed or online crib instructions to remind yourself how you put the crib together, too.

I found the answers here:
http://www.pali-design.com/index.php?path=customer_services&template=faq&section=customer_services&subsection=faq&page=faq

i've pasted them below. You can make it a toddler bed without a side rail just by removing the movable side of your crib, and you can install the side rail instead of the movable side if you want it to look a little more finished and help keep your child from rolling out of the bed.

FAQ

How to convert a crib into a toddler bed
To convert a crib into a toddler bed you must loosen the two front gold bolts left and right side of the crib and remove the dropside (the front gate that goes up and down). After removing the dropside be very careful that you tighten back your two gold bolts.

How to install the streight rail (toddler rail)
To install a streight (toddler) rail loosen the two front gold bolts left and right side of the crib and remove the dropside, once you have removed the dropside replace with the streight rail. Always be very careful and make sure you tighten back your two gold bolts in the front.
