Re: problem playing a computer game I bought
What game is it? sometimes your graphics hardware can stop games from working if you haven't got the right hardware. or sometimes it can be as simple as not having the right version of direct x installed on your computer. Check the requirements for the game on the back of the disk case then check that you have all of the recommendations that it asks for e.g. graphics card, direct x, harddrive space, 3d accelaration etc..

Hi It would with better if you will use joystick controller to enjoy playing GTA , Its just like your playing game console by using joystick controller. You check the price of joystick controller for your computer online or nearest computer center
-The specification of your computer meets the system requirements and I believe that your not going to have any problem installing GTA also playing GTA. Minimum System Requirements:
800 MHz Intel Pentium III or 800 MHz AMD Athlon or 1.2GHz Intel Celeron or 1.2 GHz AMD Duron processor 128 MB of RAM 8 speed CD / DVD drive 915 MB of free hard disk space (+ 635 MB if video card does NOT support DirectX Texture Compression) 32 MB video card with DirectX 9.0 compatible drivers ("GeForce" or better) Sound Card with DirectX 9.0 compatible drivers Keyboard & Mouse
Recommended System Requirements
Intel Pentium IV or AMD Athlon XP processor 256(+) MB of RAM 16 speed CD / DVD drive 1.55 GB of free hard disk space (+ 635 MB if video card does NOT support DirectX Texture Compression) 64(+) MB video card with DirectX 9.0 compatible drivers ("GeForce 3" / "Radeon 8500" or better with DirectX Texture Compression support) DirectX 9.0 compatible sound card with surround sound Gamepad (USB or Joystick Port) Keyboard & Mouse
I would try out this site.
if your game is not listen there, then check your
computers specs, then go to the games requirements
and see if you have the recommended requirements to play
that game, if not you might have to get a computer upgrade
I hope this helped :)
To check your computers specs:
Start - Control Panel - System
That should tell you some information about your computer.
It could be the graphics card. It could also be the amount of disk space you have left and how much ram you have installed on the pc. To play highly graphical games on a pc you going to want to have at least 2 gig of ram. Go to www.crucial.com download the program to scan your computer and it will tell you how much ram you have and what type and speed of ram that your computer is compatible with. With new computers ram is pretty cheap more than likely you can get 2 gig for around 30 dollars at www.newegg.com. very trustworthy site
I will see what I can do to help because you may have purchased the play disk but not the install disk. If you tell me your e-mail I will send you some personialised solutions via e-mail and might be able to get this game working.
