Unplug the printer from the wall, count to 10 and plug back in, that clears the memory.

On the computer, there are two ways.
1. Go to Devices - Printers, Right click on the printer, and Properties, Print Jobs or double click the icon to get straight to Print Jobs in the Queue. Highlight the doc, right click, Resume or Delete.
2. Click the Print icon in the bottom right of the screen. It may be behind the upward facing arrow, click there and look for the printer icon.

The printer control window will open. Double left click on the "Adjust Print Options" button. 4 Click on the "Services" tab in the printer's window menu bar. Double left click on the "Align Print Cartridges" button." Left click on "align." Wait for the "Parameter" page to print. 5 Compare the figures on printed parameter page to current settings in the "Align Print Cartridges" window that has popped up on the computer. Printer not printing documents sent to it

Your talking about the LED with a horseshoe Icon. This LED should be green and it means the printer is ready to print if this the only LED lit.
If this LED is flashing, it means its processing some print job or is printing something.
