Question about JVC AM FM CD DET FACE CAR STEREO
It also has a detachable face and the face folds down so the cd can come out if i could figure out how to get it to eject
The eject button is just above the JVC logo on the display panel.
When you press eject and if it displays "NO EJECT", then it is locked. Press and hold CD and Power (ATT) for more than two seconds.

SOURCE: CD WONT EJECT PIN HOLE
If it's trying to eject you may need to use a small screwwdriver to lift up on the CD. This works when mine hangs up. If it's not trying to eject at all, then the little motor on the ejecting mechanism may have failed or come off track. I had to replace the original CD player about a year ago because of this. That's why I have the JVC now, and it seems that CD's started hanging up from day one with this radio.

how is the reception on AM ?- if the antenna is the problem you won't get any reception on AM !!!! If you can get AM on two or more stations the antenna is not your problem- if you get AM reception and don't get FM the problem is the fm tuner in your Honda radio( usually it would need several solder joints redressed)- we repair these factory radios -Merle840@aol.com. SOURCE: set time on jvc car audio
I fixed this problem with info. from another posting. You push and hold the select button until demo comes on the screen, then release it and push the button that advances the cd. This will take you to the hour and minute screen. Turn the volume dial to set the time.

Press and hold the SEL button until DEMO appears. Use the up/down buttons on the right hand side of fascia to scroll down to clock adjust, and use the circular dial to adjust the time
